US Constitution Article III
Section 1.
The judicial power of the United States, shall be
vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior
courts as the Congress may from time to time
ordain and establish. The judges, both of the
supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices
during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times,
receive for their services, a compensation, which
shall not be diminished during their continuance
in office.
In these United States there is supposed to be a
balance of power amongst the three separate BUT EQUAL
branches of Government but any sentiment soul
knows that the SCOTUS has plenipotentiary power
over the other two branches (Executive and Legislative)
with the, by far, weakest of the other two branches
being the Legislative.

Has it ever occurred to you that with the EQUAL balance
of power, that the Congress could vacate any decision
of the SCOTUS, rather than the opposite always
happening; and if tumult and turmoil resulted, then
that political unease could be fought-out in the next
election so WE THE PEOPLE actually would have
the say as to what the Constitution means vis a vis
sodomy and national health care, etc.
The GOP controlled House of Representative should
file articles of Impeachment against the SCOTUS
bastids who voted to uphold Obamacare and also
voted in favor of sodomitic ceremonies.
Of course, we all know there is not one man amongst
GOP with either the balls or the belief in a republic
to actualise those beliefs but it would sure be one
hell of an act to see those SCOTUS bastids put in
the scales of liberty and justice and to let them know
from whom they derive their power and who it
is they are at war with...
Prelature sanction the CINO SCOTUS Justices
by denying them Holy Communion or excommunicating
them as those days are as long gone as is our
country.
