The Lil' Licit Liturgy vs the Divine Liturgy of St John Chrysostom

The Lil' Licit Liturgy (established by epicene ecclesiastics) is like a wine spritzer, easily consumed by women and children; a drink nearly devoid of substance and a drink real men stay the hell away from.

The Divine Liturgy of Saint John Chrysostom is like Chartreuse, a quickening and revivifying drink intended for men who slowly savor its sublime complexity in a state of ineffable joy; both are masculine products of a sacred culture and to be able to participate in each in a world that hates men only intensifies and increases the experience of joy capable of being derived from both.

ABS was born into the One Holy Roman Catholic and Apostolic Church in 1948 and he mourns that his beautiful and true heritage has been stolen from him and he waits, worn down by a wearying woefulness, and wonders if she, the Real Mass, will ever return to him.

He feels a bit like the author of this sweet song sung by the great Christy Moore.
