We have imaginative forward-thinking governments that continually strive for innovation and improvement whereas the rest of the world is burdened with governments that stink like the bottom of a monkey's cage.
And all it takes for we Americans to get the government to do what we normally would expect it to do is to submit to a tiny tax increase every thirty or forty days.
