The Supreme Court declared Monday that the historic Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects LGBTQ employees from workplace discrimination nationwide.
The 6-3 ruling, one of the most far-reaching civil rights advances in recent decades, marked a victory for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer workers, who until now lacked legal protection in more than half the states
President Trump should declare the SCOTUS ruling Unconstitutional and explain the obvious reasons why.
Most men will say he does not have the authority to do so but he does. All he has to do is assert it and let the fun begin.
When the progressives (and by progressives, ABS means conservatives) begin to mewl and moan, remind them that the Constitution was written for we the people and that means it is the people who decide what is and isn’t Constitutional.
But that would mean chaos…

During the political campaigns, contenders for the various offices, especially the POTUS and Legislative Branch, would be forced to advance arguments as to why he is opposed or in support of the decisions taken by The SCOTUS or The Legislative Branch and the SCOTUS would be forced to shut the hell up and stay out of the electoral process and, similarly, the Legislative Branch candidates would advance reasons why they are in favor or opposed to the Executive Orders/Wars and The SCOTUS and WE decide what The Constitution means by voting for the men who advance right reason about The Constitution.
Or, we could have the usual electoral process where one candidate say his opponent has cooties and his opponent says he is a poopy pants...

Remember that each Branch – Executive, Legislative, Judicial – is putatively separate and EQUAL.
Sure, the SCOTUS, long ago, declared its own self the boss of you but Trump could tell the SCOTUS to stick its evil and insane claim where the sun doth not shine and deliver a cataclysmic blow in favor of LIBERTY.
Of course, he won’t and he prolly doesn’t even know a lawyer who believes the truth about what ABS has just posted.
