At a typical Black Straw Event, a White House State Dinner, our precocious POTUS can be seen drinking Diet Coke through a black straw from a tumbler while surrounding him are foreign dignitaries drinking water and wine from elegant and delicate stemware.
This was just another example of his Populist tendencies and Trump's Populism was prolly only matched by Teddy Roosevelt who, while he was on safari in Africa with his son, Kermit (O, so that is the origin of the name for that frog character?) iced over 500 unarmed animals.
