Frankly, it is the nine major federal contractors (not accountable to the US taxpayer!)*** contracted by the US State Department as you can see from this page at the US State Department website. (Emphasis is mine)

Well, ok, Raider Fan knows Augusta National has both hot and cold water lines running underneath the vegetation to control the soil temp and, thus, the florid foliage to be seen during this magnificent tournament but what one can not believe after years of watching The Masters on TV is the first time the patron walks the golf course.

The DRAMATIC change in elevation on the course is simply impossible for television cameras to convey; it must be seen to be believed; the descents from Tees and/or the ascending fairways up to the dangerous greens (slicker than a three card monte hustler) are a wonder to behold in person.

If you love golf and you can finagle an invite or ticket, you have to go there for the experience of a lifetime.

In any event, amidst such beauty, my memory often punches-up this piece of music in the juke box of my mind

Perhaps greater clarity could be achieved in discussions of this nature if we found another expression to differentiate between "the humanities", in the classical, pre-progressive meddling, sense of the term, and the postmodern sense that includes gender and queer studies and other such mind-destroying drivel. Since the classical meaning is the older it has the best claim to the title and it makes more sense to find another term for the newer version. "The inhumanities" suggests itself as the obvious choice.
