We Catholics have long been propagandised with the false claims of a Judeo-Christian Heritage/Faith/Values etc etc when such a reality does not exist and could never exist because Catholics believe that Jesus is the Messias and Jews deny He is the Messias and so what possible continuity or convergence can exist with such diametrically opposed Creeds?
Jesus saith to him: I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No man cometh to the Father, but by me.
O, to be sure, many Jews have accepted that Jesus is Messias and they are called, Christian, because they believe in Christ.
The Jews who do not believe Jesus Christ is the Messias are constrained to have as their Creed an absurdity, or a superstition, as the great Rev. Joseph Pohle avers (below) for the entire Faith of OT Judaism was based upon anticipating and preparing for The Messias and so if the Messias-Deniers are right that Jesus is not the Messias, then their Faith is in vain - superstitious even- because it is literally impossible that a different Messias could come and fulfill the Old Testament Prophecies that have already been fulfilled by Jesus Christ because there can only be ONE Messias.
The plain and simple truth of the matter is that Jesus is the Messias and so Rabbinical Judaism is a false faith that denies and opposes Divine Relation and Truth and who wants to either be associated with that false faith or strive to satisfy the irrational demands of the Messias-Deniers so as to be acceptable to them?
O. to be sure, one can, and should, be friends with Jews and to be kind to them to the extent they are good and decent people but no Christian, anywhere at anytime, has cause to think he and they are part of some long-standing heritage or that Judaism is to be credited with any of the benefices developed and bequeathed to us by Christendom for in 70 A.D., after Jerusalem was destroyed by Titus as punishment for the worst sin ever, Deicide, the Rabbis established a Jewish version of La Cosa Nostra (Our own thing) to war against The One True Holy Roman Catholic and Apostolic Church and to seek to undermine and destroy it and those foul and evil goals have never changed.
The Jews are cursed to accept as Messias The Anti Christ because they rejected the True Christ. The Anti Christ will be a Jew.
The great Rev. Pole succinctly eviscerates any and all claims of continuity or unity between Christians and Jews by observing

Apostles. It belongs to Fundamental Theology
to develop this argument fully; in the present,
purely dogmatic treatise we shall merely sketch
its outlines.
a) Against the Jews we must prove that
Jesus Christ is the " Messias" promised in the
Old Testament. If He is the Messias, He is true
God, for as such the prophets predicted that He
would appear. If He were not the Messias,
the Jewish religion would be based on fraud, be-
cause the idea of the Messias forms its very
foundation-stone.
All the Messianic prophecies were fulfilled in
that historic personage known as Jesus of
Nazareth, who proved Himself by word and deed to be the true Messias.
The well-known prediction of Jacob (Gen. XLIX, 10 sqq.) : "The sceptre shall not be taken away
from Juda, nor a ruler from his thigh, till he
come that is to be sent, etc.," either has not yet bbeen fulfilled, and must forever remain
unfulfilled, or it is fulfilled in Jesus
Christ.
The same holds good of the famous prophecy
of Daniel (Dan. IX, 24-27: "Seventy weeks are
shortened upon thy people, etc."). No matter how we may interpret it in detail, as a whole it was either realized in Christ or must remain forever unfulfilled.
Now there can be no reasonable doubt that the Danielic prediction has found its consummation in Christ, for since His time the Jewish sacrifices have ceased and the city of Jerusalem with its Temple has been destroyed.
Sim- ilar arguments can be constructed from the prophecies of the "virgin birth" (Is. VII, 14), the passion (Ps.
XXI; Is. LIII, I sqq.), the "clean oblation" (Mai. III sqq.), and so forth.
Furthermore, all Old Testament types, both
personal and real, have been fulfilled in Christ and His Church.
Hence, for an orthodox Jew to deny the
Messiahship and consequently the Divinity of
Christ, means to reject the Jewish religion as an empty superstition.
Here is a list of the over 300 prophecies fulfilled by Jesus Christ which the Messias-Deniers can not deny and so their spokesman are sempiternally constrained to continue to attack the very Church established by The Messias as a ploy to avoid the TRUTH.
Why fear The Jews and their foolish faith?
