Now, one can imagine several reasons why Cardinal Dolan did not speak about or invoke the Blessings of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ but the reasons for the omission are far less arresting or interesting than the fact of the positive prayerful appeal made directly to Jesus Christ by the prots who were, obviously, proud of their faith in Jesus Christ.
