ABS has been having problems with his Modem and Computer and AT & T has been trying to get him to pay to fix problems with his MAC.
But his MAC is not the problem, the modem is.
A few days ago, ABS called the Help Desk on Mars and they sent a tech to his house to try and correct the problem which was the constant connect and disconnect problem which meant ABS could not use the internet.
The Tech told ABS that his wi-fi was confused about which internal connection to the modem ought be maintained and so it continually switched on and off and so to solve the problem the Tech hard-wired the Mac to the Modem and it worked.
It worked well for nearly two full days but now the screen freezes and ABS has to disconnect the MAC from the power source so he can reboot the dang thing.
And so ABS called the Help Desk on Mars and after a lot of miscommunication the woman at the Help Desk on Mars dispatched another Tech who will arrive today to fix the problem.
Right.
O, and how does ABS know the Help Desk is on Mars?

Sir, are there any pets or problems the tech should be aware of ?
ABS has no pets but his wife is occasionally rabid and when she is ABS locks her in the trunk of his car.
