José Andrés Gave Away Free Food to March for Our Lives Protesters
The humanitarian chef took to the streets of D.C.
Even getting the James Beard
award hasn't given José Andrés an excuse to
take a break. Last weekend,
the vocal chef took to the streets of D.C. to
help support the March
for Our Lives rally, handing out free food
to people participating in the protest.

"The adults, we are not in charge anymore.
We are here to support you. The future.
The kids. The children," the chef said in a
video posted on his Twitter account.
According to Food & Wine, Andrés spent the day
handing out
doughnuts, apples, pizzas and sandwiches
to participants at the United States Navy
Memorial.

Remember the March for Right to Life in January
and remember when this radical chef gave away
free food to those demonstrating in favor of
not killing the innocent in the wombs who would
otherwise be the future?
No, ABS doesn't remember that either.
It is only when the extreme anti-constitution left
organisms begin to infect the arteries of our
capitol that the enemies of freedom start giving
stuff away for free
"Super amazing to see how many kids, how many children, how many high schoolers supported by their families are here with a very, very simple clear message," he added.
Other restaurants and restaurateurs outside of ThinkFoodGroup helped support the march: Danny Meyer's Shake Shack held a poster-making event earlier in the week, while students under 18 were given free meals at The Pig and The Bird, two restaurants run by Eat Well D.C.
